Frequently Asked Questions
What if I can’t be home for my service?
We have several customers that are KEY accounts. We issue the key to the servicing technician on the date of service so an interior and exterior service can be completed. The key is returned with the technician’s paperwork and placed in our locked storage until the next service.
How will I be billed if I live somewhere else most of the year?
We have many options available. We offer a discount for pre-paying your annual service. We can set up your service to be paid by a credit card after each service. We can set up a separate billing account and mail your invoice to that address.
Do you have any discounts available?
We have several discounts available for new and existing customers as well as seasonal promotion offers. Our web site always shows the latest discounts.
I have bees on my property. Are they killer bees?
It is estimated that 98% of the colony honey bees in the Tucson area are Africanized. These are the traditional “killer” bees that can be harmful if multiple stings are endured.
Are the products you use safe for my pets and children?
The products we use are designed to be used around mammals. However, as with common household chemicals, there is always a degree of caution that should be exercised. We also offer minimal risk products in our ECO-friendly service offerings.

I’m not sure what type of pest I’m seeing…can you help me identify it?
We absolutely can! Check out our Pest ID page to see if the pest you have is one of the most common desert invaders. You can give your sample to one of our staff to identfiy or bring to our office for identification.
Why do I still have some weeds when a pre-emergent treatment was just completed?
Weed pre-emergence affects seeds that have not yet germinated. If the seed has already broken the outer layer, even though underground, the product will not affect it. We know that 70% effectiveness can be gained with a pre-emergent product, but the best weed control is achieved with an ongoing maintenance plan.
Why did termites find their way into my house?
Termites can enter a home through a very small gap. And, products degrade over time. The longer it has been since a termite barrier treatment has been applied, the less your home is protected.
